In this step, you will learn to strengthen emotional resilience through practical systems and strategies and learn how to handle tough conversations, particularly with your former spouse, and resist negative or rash judgments, thereby protecting your self-esteem.
Step 3 - Embrace Single Parenthood
In order to manage a new life with confidence as a single parent, it’s crucial to ensure that your children feel safe, valued and loved so that they can thrive, while you maintain self care. It’s also important to give yourself grace while doing the best that you can as a single parent.
Step 4 - Break Off the Shackles
Hanging on to resentment, anger and all negative emotions from your breakup holds you victim to the divorce. Breaking off the Shackles that bind you to your former spouse and your divorce will allow you to become fully engaged in your new life. Forgiveness is the key to breaking the shackles.

Discover your real you and what energizes you, By exploring new interests and opening yourself up to possibilities (even a new significant relationship), this step encourages finding fulfillment and joy beyond the breakup.
